Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

Skaneateles Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage including but not limited to:

Scratches
Rock chips
Paint defects
Failing clear coat
Worn upholstery
Cracked plastics
Loose trim
Faded surfaces
Damaged electronics

Cleaning and detailing services may reveal pre-existing conditions that were previously concealed by dirt, debris, oxidation, or contamination.

Personal Property Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, medications, cash, and other important items from their vehicle prior to service.

Skaneateles Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle.

Engine Bay Disclaimer

Engine bay cleaning is performed with care; however, Skaneateles Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical, electrical, sensor, wiring, vacuum, battery, or engine-related issues that may become apparent before, during, or after the cleaning process.

Biohazard Policy

For the safety of our staff and customers, Skaneateles Auto Spa does not service vehicles containing:

Mold
Bodily fluids
Needles
Human or animal waste
Biohazardous materials

Vehicles presenting these conditions may be declined.

Headlight Restoration Disclaimer

Headlight restoration is intended to improve clarity and appearance. Results may vary depending on lens condition and age. Internal lens damage, cracking, pitting, moisture intrusion, and severe deterioration may limit final results.

Paint Service Disclaimer

Paint decontamination, hand wax, and detailing services improve appearance and protection but will not remove scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, rock chips, or other paint defects. Paint correction may be required to address such conditions.
